This year is particularly bad for me and I had all your symptoms as well. I could not function. Antihistamines are not working either. The conjunctivor on my eyes go all jelly like from the scratch. I landed putting aloe gel into my eyes and washing my face and eyes with cold water. I didn't want to ho to the doctor as the injections and stronger prescribed antihistamines play havoc with one's immune system. At Holland & Barratt I spoke with a lady who strongly suggested tissue salts (Google it)....she said it was the only thing that helped her brother. It's Schuessler Tissue Salts, Combination H. Everytime I feel an attack coming on I chew 2 tablets. You can't OD on it as your body will just elite whst it doesn't want. There has been talk about eating locally sourced honey . I actually like the idea and have one teaspoon a day. There is no scientific research done yet about it but pure non treated honey has been known for its amazing antiseptic and other properties. Good luck and hope you find something that works! |

Nothing works for me it kills me. If I stay outside I'm fine if I stay inside I'm fine. Move from 1 to the other I'm a sneezing blubbering snotty mess. I sneeze so many times I end up completely exhausted to the point I have no choice but to sit down or I'll fall down. Fucking summer pfffft |

Having suffered for years, not just hay fever but brick dust and dust mite I have a few things that work.
Clarytb is accumulative, that is you have to take it before the allergic reaction occurs, every days before.
So I take Clarytin and if breakthrough I have a single spoon of Piritin and lay down and snooze for 30mins.
I've also find chilled milk can help. A pint of cold milk d*unk in one go cools the nose and thought. |

Tree pollen is very high this year so it could be that.
I get it bad but I take allergy meds everyday throughout the year as my asthma has me suffering with a dustmite allergy as well as hayfever. I've been OK so far this year but in the high summer there is a tree outside which sheds some weird fluff that really gets my hayfever up |

Been online to research...
This time of year rapeseed and birch tree are cullprits then we,ve got grass to look forward to in a wek or so... Higher air pressure and humidity plays a part to.
Symptoms are,nt defined and can range vastly between individuals.....
Short of it is, if you seem weak, fed up, itchy eyed loose on the loo and struggle to think straight and sleep oh and sensitive to light, yep you,ve probabley got it....
So frustrating though cos irony is i love being out and about in the sun..
Aaaaaarrrrgghhh....! |

Been dosed up to the eyeballs for the last four months. Allergies are morphing on an annual basis. Where and a few years ago I was fine I started to get allergic to daffodils. Although not this year. Over the the last three years it's tree pollen which happens twice a year.
Interesting I don't get the runny nose or sneezing. I get hangover like symptoms and blocked sinuses as well as the occasional itchy eyes. |
