Some people hung draw and quarter you and they know absolutely nothing about you or your personality and the way things tend to come out. Lack of body language be it on the internet or the phone can be a bugger. |

It has happened to me more since joining this site and I genuinely don't know what I did to get the cold shoulder. I have a suspicion that it has something to do with that phrase "No strings attached." Whilst I don't expect strings, I did used to expect courtesy...  |

All the time. Some people can fly off the handle at what you thought was a flippant remark intended to raise a smile
In real life I am paranoid about this also cos I would hate for anyone to think I had tried to hurt them in some way |

I think this goes back to some other threads. Who we are, what we do and how we are treated. all interlinked imho.
We can hold our morals as a yardstick to measure against others, but in the end it is ourself we ultimately hold it against. What will your thought's be on your deathbed.
My philosophy is to do no [intentional] harm. My mileage varies day to day though of course!  |
