Noo the woman/couple/whatever in that instance won't have replied to their messages and winks so they do that as a last resort, last ditch kind of thing.

You block them, they then use a different profile to contact 
Happened to me just yesterday, seem him on THREE different profiles now, two were yesterday! I blocked him in chat, he realised and appeared on another trying not to show his face!!  |
