Use a cleaning cream and leave it over night. Then using a disinfected pin, break the skin and use a hair clip to extract. I do this and it stops scaring and the prolonged fact that there is an infected milia on your head  |

Tea tree oil or toothpaste will soothe it a bit. 
You're not alone though OP - I never had acne as a teen, but I still get some proper nasty spots now. |

toothpaste or tea tree oil. Perfume is good for coldsores. Ive never tried savlon. |

Mad respect. I'm only subscribed on YouTube and I don't fancy her.
I just watched the Mr Wilson videos. His nose is something else. How his wife can sleep at night knowing there's a blackhead factory on her hubby's nose, I don't know. I'd be trying to extract those things in his sleep. |

Put some sudocrem on it overnight and if gets too painful, soak a clean flannel in really hot water as hot as can bare and place on spot .will make it easier to pop x |
