Hmmm I find the mobile lacks a fair bit of content to the desktop

Maybe but I do not allow apps to know my location so I would not show up on mobile or desktop.

My phone chooses the App, I worry that if I argue with it then it will 'accidentally' forget all the passwords that only it remembers.

I only switch to the desktop site when I'm going old-thread hunting.

Mrs ddc's hudl always uses the desktop site, and whenever she calls me over to look at something, I have no idea what's going on.

Now I get that as around a year ago my phone forgot my password and I didn't have a clue what it was

on the road to nowhere in particular

Always use the desktop, I can't do everything on the app and more importantly the other bus wankers can't see what site I'm on.

I once tried to convince the woman on the telephone banking to put a note on my file that said "When asked for the 4th letter of his password, if he says anything other than 'I don't have a clue, it was 20 years ago when I chose the password, I've only used it twice since then, and I didn't know what it was either of those times either', then it isn't him". But she wouldn't play ball
