Yeah I carnt bend it fully or straigen it fully n the pain is in my wrist too xxx |

I have exactly that same pain...but I have an excuse!
I broke it playing football on Saturday! I'm too fookin old for football!
And they don't splint it...you have to just take pain killers and carry on using it! |

a couple of years ago I had tennis elbow in my right arm and golfers elbow in my left arm, both requiring different kinds of physio..don't ask how I did it as I am the least sporty person I know ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

a couple of years ago I had tennis elbow in my right arm and golfers elbow in my left arm, both requiring different kinds of physio..don't ask how I did it as I am the least sporty person I know "

Yes I've got heat gel n cool gel but the tubagrip keep rolling down over my fat arm lol. I don't understand why it hurts in my wrist and my shoulder too. xxx |

I have an anesthetic gel plus tramadol and co codamol although i was taking them anyway.
Plus told to keep moving it but the trouble is i still need to use my crutches so it keeps on making the problem worse ! |

That's no good my doc said the same I need to use it but not to lift heavy things. Yesterday even my coffee mug was too heavy so how your managing god knows! Xxx |

Wine helps lol.
I had a knee replacement 8 (ish) weeks ago hence the crutches when walking outside the house. I try not to use 2 crutches cus that hurt the muscles and ligaments in my chest so much i thought i was having a heart attack, had an ecg etc until they realised it was caused by using crutches. I try to use just one but then that puts all the weight onto just one elbow making that one far worse and the pain almost unbearable
The only thing i can do it keep exercising my knee and building up the strength so i can stop using crutches and then the elbows will get better ... in the meantime ... wine helps lol xxx |
