So a day at home unwell. Have started watching Peaky Blinders but I've been told by my son I can't watch that without him. So anyone good recommendations of what else to watch? |

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread since our daughter, for her birthday, wants to have a weekend sleepover that includes binge-watching Shadowhunters. So we'll be signing up for our free month, and we're currently trying to work out what else is on Netflix.
So far my research had garnered:
Fringe, Daredevil, Brooklyn 99, House of Cards, Jessica Jones, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Killing, Luther and Person of Interest.
I'd be interested on any feedback on which of these are any good.

Hi!
I would recommend Daredevil and Jessica Jones as they are really fantastic!
Person of Interest is very good too; mid season 3 I got bored bit picked up again towards the end.

Mrs ddc has just told me that some of these were on 'poor-man's-telly', and we even watched some of them.

Ditch Netflix and get kodi.....but one that's worth a look at is billions which has been mentioned on here tonight. Googled it and it has 10/10 on reviews....will be watching it later  |

If you go to your Netflix account online, using a web browser, not an app or on the tv or device you're using to play it on, there's a section which asks what type of film and tv programmes you like to watch, as well as dislike or don't mind. It's a very comprehensive list and gives you the option to not show certain types and well worth the time it takes to complete the questions. Based on the answers, Netflix will suggest similar ones and also learn from what you watch.
If there are different family members, it's worth adding an additional user, even if it's just to get different suggestions based on the user's answers above. |
