Men are largely visual and tend to know what they want at a glance at a few pictures. Women aren't the same, but men sending a pic of their cock are just sending what they'd want to receive if they were female. I am not sure; can't be positive. But I don't think many women or couples are going to "wait until the bedroom" to find out what's below.
