The blue pill is likely Truvasa, which has an incredibly high prophylactic success against HIV -but only when taken as directed, which typically involves several days of continuous treatment before exposure.
There is a more complex drug cocktail that's possible for post-exposure but is not just one pill.
These medications are expensive and prescription meds.
I view it as so unlikely to be true that it's not worth putting further energy into the silly story. |

It is available in many countries. The NHS has been reviewing it as a possibility but their initial response was to reject it - their decision has been referred to the High Court or elsewhere, after being challenged.

It's one pill as in two drugs in one tablet, but not one pill as in dosage. It's taken as a course, e.g. if you miss a dosage then you're not protected. Condoms are still recommended. |

There really are people out there who actively seek to become HIV positive. Their reasons vary, sometimes it's because more extreme activities are likely from other extreme people who are HIV+ who never play with those who are negative. The term 'breeding' can also be used when a positive guy deliberate cum inside someone who is negative. It doesn't always mean to make babies.
I am negative and want to stay that way. I can't understand why people seek out to be positive but the world is full of crazy people after all, so be careful. |

You know the more obvious way to get high would just be to say that one person has HIV but not actually have someone who is infected.
You'd get the same high without the risk... |
