Ive given up trying to get to bed at a resonable hour. Otherwise i just lies there...looking at the ceiling .

i never sleep at this time so wait till body ready and go nightmare innit not sleeping grrr thanks god for sleep tablets lol

went to bed at 10.30 last night up at 4.30 this morning. Did not need to get up until now!!!! ie 5.41!
