I gave up smoking about 9 yrs ago...
Tried with patches and did the whole course then the day after reached for a fag 
3 months later I went cold turkey and not had a cigarette since 
Starting was the worst thing I ever did I was 13 and thought I was so cool...looking back there is nothing cool about stinking like an ashtray 
Was also in and out of hospital with bronchitis every year so giving up was the best thing for me |

I'm using a cirro 2 from the ten motives range. It's a starter pack and cheap as chips. I've had it for 10 days now.. and I had 1 fag 9 days ago and another 8 days ago just to compare and I have to say I prefer the e-cig. It takes some getting used to but I have had no craving for cigs.
