Am I the only person who is sick of making arrangements only for the attendees to pull out at last minute. He alone this weekend. If anyone fancies meet in Cambridge I have all the time I'm the world lol |

People who you're attracted to may have busy lives, kids etc.
You don't say if there's any pattern op.
Unreasonable let downs pr no shows should be reported to admin. Otherwise it's an aspect of life and learning from your experience to see if there's something you could change. |

People pulling out is acceptable so long as they let you know, some will be time wasters some will have genuine reasons to not be able to make it, so long as i get a message before i leave my house i'm fine with that
Just not turning up, there is no excuse for that at all, no matter what your reason you have always got 10 seconds to spare to fire a message off |

I think it is different if you have a gut feeling that something isn't right then you should put your own safety first and at least you had the decency to contact. |

Look at the positives, you are managing to arrange meets in a short period of time being here. Although the first few have been no shows I am sure you will get there. Good luck. |

i've done that before, sometimes guys can seem nice till you agree to meet and then they start acting cocky and saying wierd stuff
i've cancelled a few meets because their attitude has changed once i've agreed to meet, i do always tell them though
i don't care if i've agreed to meet or not if i guy makes me feel weary or uncomfortable i have the rights to change my mind |

That's something that pervades this site. There is an arrogance that borders on celebrity. Surely it is a site for people to meet and do something they love with like-minded people. You watch some of the chats and you can almost imagine their heads getting bigger! Sorry. Down to earth and humble Aussie here! |
