It's like a train

It's another flavour of high intensity interval training. Hard exercises with short rest periods

Know a few ppl who have done it. Its nothing special. If you stick to any routine and diet you'll see results. This does have a high level of support through the videos - good option for ppl too shy to go the gym.

The two people I know didnt see any major results but you wont in that time scale. Really you need 6 months to see real change.

Any decent training regime undertaken three times a week will show improvement after three weeks

Essex.

Check out Joe Wicks or Google the body coach. He does loads of free videos and nutritional advice...

On social media look for leanin15.

Insanity can be found free if you look hard enough...

Been there done that for 30 years

The only thing insane is that people fall for the adds

Iv been too many aerobic conventions where this "new"way of training is the best.If iv learned one thing over the years is a press up is a press up a pull up is a pull up sugar coat it with whatever you want

This plain old fashioned burpees take some beating. The problem is they don't look trendy.

On a side note my old trainer Loz died last week and had a send off yesterday. He was a great pt, tai chi and boxing trainer and was as mad as a hatter which is why we got on. He inspired so many of us

It takes 4 weeks for the nervous system to adapt to a movement pattern. Thats when muscular development starts to occur. If you start showing big changes after 3 weeks only training thrice a week then why the fuck arent you a world famous competitor?

Yep I did the full 90 day workout. I didn't get ripped like on ads but felt a lot fitter. it's no surprise with the amount of exercise you have to do! for definition you would have to follow a diet though. it works.

I did it when I had a high level of fitness a couple of years back, and P90X. I didnt find them particularly hard on the whole, just laborious doing callisthenics for so long.

Don't bother buying the programme, it's all available online for free.

I used to do HIIT training (essentially same thing). My cardio was at its peak when I was doing this. Really hard work 4 times a week but the benefits can be evident in just a cpl of weeks. Just prepare to ache like fuck lol
