But would u go to a salon to get de-shitted!!
I don't mind getting eyebrow wax and st tropez tan but I'm struggling with the image of a girl coming at me with a large hose pipe!
But never done it, maybe it's quite nice! |

lol - i don't thinkk they scrutinise whats in the pipe! I'd only go to a reputable place as they can do a lot of damage if they don't know what they're doing! Z |

I am going to admit it.....
I have had once... and it is no where near as bad as people think it is....
the uncomfortable bit is putting the pipe in ya bum.. but after that it was just a case of laying on my back for 45 minutes listening to my ipod..
would certainly do it again.... |

You're pretty safe I won't be going again - didn't enjoy it and didn't make me feel anything other than traumatised by the experience lol. |

really... actually I felt a lot better afterwards... felt a lot lighter (mentally).. and managed to tighten the belt up one more rung.... |

All she kept telling me was I was very dehydrated as I had the procedure. I am always being told this when I have blood tests etc. I think I should concentrate on that more but I tend to run on empty when Im working which is silly. It really didnt alter my weight or gave me a feeling of being 'cleansed'. |

actually the two things i do more now is drink much more water than i use to... especially at home when i don't really "think" about it... and Chew my food properly rather than wolf it down....
so i did learn for it.... have to say the coffee eniema i had was a lot more uncomfortable then the colonic |

Was just browsing the food threads and now this.....I'm certainly getting the whole picture, in one end and out the tube at the other end.
Back to the question, never had one, not sure I would go and get one done, might stick to my little douche, seems to work a treat. |
