I prefer to cook in bulk, portion into tubs and then freeze, as in home-cooked ready meals. Just need to cook some starch such as pasta or rice, and stir-fry or microwave some veg with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt, and I'll have a nice meal! |

Dont touch "ready meals"
Full of shite and loaded with addictives too.
Not healthy.
Im of the "slow cook" brigade and prefer homecooked healthy good old fashioned food.
Done a leg of lamb and cooked for 6 hours yesterday. On a low heat and the whole thing fell apart it was so tender.
Add to that some roasties and seasonal veg and BINGO |

Totally agree with Peaches, doesn't take a lot of effort to make 'proper' food - love the odd kebab or pizza though! Z |
