I'm not sure I'm into the whole being equal thing...
I mean women being paid less to do the same job - that kinda thing is just bullshit.
But when it comes to the actual differences of men and women, I think they should be celebrated. Not turned into some silly competition that nothing of worth will come of.
Much better to marvel at the things the other side is better equipped to do, an appreciate them all the more for it.
What I like best is knowing that on occasion, you meet someone of the opposite sex who you have an affinity with, and if you find you can work together with them, then that's one pretty awesome team you have right there.  |
