All the villa fans I know have been coming back at me with "there's no pressure on us at all next season" until I point out that they have to beat Birmingham City, if they don't beat blues twice next season, it's all over for you, you're never going to be able to show your faces in public again |

Commiserations too to the supporters of Charlton, MK Dons, Bolton, Doncaster, Blackpool, Crewe, Colchester and in particilular Dagenham & Redbridge and York who tumbled out of the league altogether. None of which will benefit from parachute payments anywhere near the scale of those the Premier clubs will get to give them an unfair advantage / un level playing field over their rivals next season .
And not forgetting those other relegations throughout the pyramid. It's not ALL about the Premier League y'know

I am a non league addict, my team Eastbourne Borough(national league south)flirted with both relegation and playoffs but got neither. Exciting times ahead though. New 3g pitch currently being laid, which will generate massive revenue for the player budget. Plus we get to taunt the wealdstone raider again next season...
If you dont follow non league, then start. It gets in your blood and becomes an addiction. Plus it is cheap |

Yes indeed! Managed to get to 4 games this season. Such a shame that it's come to this , especially with things looking promising early on. But I think we could all see it was going this way for a while |

Yes indeed! Managed to get to 4 games this season. Such a shame that it's come to this , especially with things looking promising early on. But I think we could all see it was going this way for a while "
Yes, I agree. I think we will lose a few players now but hopefully we will get some fresh faces in and aim to get promoted asap |
