I got a second number cus I prefer exchanging numbers and giving out my primary number means getting "you busy?" and "what you up to?" When I dare go online and not message immediately.  |

i've been chatting to the kik bot on there. it gave me prizes once so i carried on chatting to it, the next day it gave me nothing so i ignore it now.
kiks alright, it's just free texting. i don't give it out though, not into trading pics any more. or being woken up in the middle of the night by people. |

Yes.
We meet at Chams so there's not always a need to give out phone numbers.
Although we are in the process of arranging a meet at Chams with a lovely sexy man but cus I can't meet just yet we have exchanged numbers to build up to the meet and we now have a friendship going which is lovely  |

I chat on Kik and get their no a day or so before basically so I can text them and make sure they are still coming to meet me. I usually have a quick phone chat to. I've only not done this once but only because I was 99% certain he wouldn't stand me up! And he didn't |

I use my mobile for work so would be a bit reluctant to give my number out to everyone, Kik is simple to use and I would only give it to people from fab so I wouldn't get messages mixed up with family friends etc,
Although the random messages from people I don't know can be a nuisance at times  |

I would however I would need to of had a decent amount of chat on here to ensure I believed they were genuine... There are "single" people who don't want to run the risk of messages/calls coming in at inconvenient times.....
This is not a problem just be honest about it people will understand or walk away..
Had a woman who was o my prepared to call me withholding their number on the day she was genuine she was where she said she would be all was fine she was just very keen to protect her privacy |

yep i never give out my number, all my meets are arranged via fab alone when i log off the site i don't want guys calling, texting and pestering me for pics while i'm at work or cooking the kids tea |

We don't give out our numbers we did once...and they found us on Facebook!!!
If u have ur contacts synced or Have your number stored on your Facebook account and you do give out your number you need to untick the "make me searchable by my contact number" or something to that effect.

I've given my number out once. And that was after a lot of meeting with the same person that is consider a friend now, and was only for emergency use. I'd never do it to a random Fabber BEFORE a meet?! |

Yes I've met without a phone number before, only socially though so if they don't turn up I lose nothing but my time.
I use kik, whatssap & will message on the day to check arrangements are still on.

I give my number out once and she has now left fab, I give my Kik name out to 2 Women one has left the other is taking a break,

Yep.
Noone get my actual number... if anything, I give out a pay as you go, which if someome ends up being a little crazy, simply throw the sim card away happy days |

only really those we met at clubs or a party we didnt have the number of - as we pretty much always have a fem to fem phone chat with singles and fem half of a couple before we meet - can always block if it goes tits up |

Haha I remember asking the kik bot if the guy I was dating would ever make me his girlfriend and the bot said his technology isn't advanced enough to answer me yet but one day it will be! |

I only give my number out after I've met someone and feel I can trust them with it and I don't have kik. This has resulted in some people classing me as a fake but that's their choice...just like not giving my number out is mine |

You and me both, much prefer WhatsApp for ease of use, user interface look etc etc, unfortunately Kik is a necessary evil sometimes.
Personally I always used to give out my mobile number, always found it helped sort the genuines from the fakes more.
Only ever had one bad experience from it and had to change my number after being repeatedly harrassed/stalked by phone. |
