You're an interviewee and your prospective boss emphasises her need for total control - you're asked if you've got what it takes.
Blindfolded, she invites the other staff in, whilst they all enjoy themselves, including following her instructions on what they do to you, to check you're suitable. On passing - if you're man enough to please them all, it's then time for your corporate initiation ceremony. This is obviously more arduous and your compliance determines your salary.
