I have been attending eye clinic every 6 months for 2 1/2 years now my last appointment was on Wednesday, today I received a letter for my next, addressed to the Parent/Guardian of......I'm 48 years old lol |

As it happens my upstairs neighbour did, it had been delivered to them by mistake and they though it was for one of their kids |
