Referred to as a "Lady" in here??

Jump to: Newest in thread

What do you women think to being referred to as a lady in here?

You know the score. Lots of guys who leave veris and posts on the forums use the term "Lady".

She took it in every hole by 8 of us and swallowed every last drop...Treat her with respect like the lady she is.

And on the forums. .. Do any Ladies like being fisted etc?

Now call me old fashioned? But the use of the term "lady" doesn't seem to feel right in these scenarios?

So what do you "ladies" ? Ahem ... women lol think to guys who are always using the term lady or ladies in here?

all down to ones individual perceptions, how you associate that word in relation to women is more than likely based on how, when and even where you were raised..

Personally I'd rather be called a lady than a woman, to me woman just means they've noticed I have a vagina, lady means they've noticed I maintain a little class while being anally fisted by a gang of 8

What I really prefer is being called a minx, that means they hit the right buttons and got the full experience from the meet.

*disclaimer- I don't actually do anal fisting OR gangs of 8

"I don't get hung up on the words used, more likey the context they are used in."

Exactly, as long as proper punctuation is used. There is a vast difference between saying "I recently had the pleasure of meeting this lady, boy she knows how to pleasure a guy" or "I recently had the pleasure of meeting this lady boy she knows how to pleasure a man"...

Perhaps a touch of misogyny creeping in here. Just because someone decides they want to have a gangbang with 50 guys would not mean they are not a lady, nor would it mean they are a slut.

You have no idea who the person is, or what they are like. So how can you even make a valid judgement? She could be the most dainty & 'ladylike' person outside of sex, so why be judgemental based on one attribute!?

You can be filthy and still be a lady, whatever sexual acts you may like shouldn't matter. A civilised gangbang with tea and biscuits isn't sordid at all.

That's like saying you can't call someone one a gentleman if they like blow job or mff's lol

I've come to realize that different women will take exception to different terms.

"Baby, luv, honey" - there will be women who don't like these terms because they are patronizing.

"Female or fem" - there will be women who don't like these terms because they are objectifying, and honestly how often are men referred to as "males"?

"Slut" - there are some women who don't like this term because of its negative connotations and base associations.

"Lady" - apparently we've hit upon the term for women that some men find incongruous with the nature of the site.

It's all rather interesting, isn't it? To the casual observer each of these terms says something about the people who use them as well as the people who take exception to their use. What it says, exactly, in true subjective style, is only for the observer to evaluate but in the end does it really matter? People will continue to use each of the above terms and other people will continue to like/not like them.

Personally, I am a fan of calling men "men" and women "women" but I'd be very intrigued if someone could offer me a good reason why I shouldn't like those terms

I just think lady or ladies is banded about too much and has no real meaning. If I was a woman I'd just prefer to be called by my user name in here or if it's direct in the forum to all women then to use women and not ladies just seems better in my personal opinion and If I was a woman I'd prefer that.

That didn't answer my question really, you said being called a lady while liking gangbangs or fisting is something you think you should be called old fashioned for.

That didn't answer my question really, you said being called a lady while liking gangbangs or fisting is something you think you should be called old fashioned for.

That implies that you are old school and women couldn't possibly be a lady if they liked to have sex with others or many people.... please tell me I am wrong in my assumption?

"

No I didn't mean that a lady can't be sexual etc. I meant the term "lady" or "ladies" that the guys use on here in the forums and on veris is meaningless half the time and just over used by alot of men in here.

Hence why I did a thread about what do the women in here think to the word lady in here etc?

As if I was a woman I'd find it a bit creepy personally.

My thread didn't mean women can't still be a lady if they enjoy sex etc.

It was about the term used "lady"

Lady means a woman to me,so does fem or female. How a man perceives me will determine whether I want to interact with him. He can call me a slut as long as he respects me after

"What do you women think to being referred to as a lady in here?

You know the score. Lots of guys who leave veris and posts on the forums use the term "Lady".

She took it in every hole by 8 of us and swallowed every last drop...Treat her with respect like the lady she is.

And on the forums. .. Do any Ladies like being fisted etc?

Now call me old fashioned? But the use of the term "lady" doesn't seem to feel right in these scenarios?

So what do you "ladies" ? Ahem ... women lol think to guys who are always using the term lady or ladies in here?

"

Your choice of sexual activity doesn't preclude you from being a lady.

I'm a Guy a Man a Male and that's how I like to be addressed or by my user name. I don't want or like the term Gentleman personally.

If I was a Woman I'd prefer to be called a Woman a Female a Girl etc or by my user name. I wouldn't like to be addressed as a lady in here.

That's just my personal view and this is why I wondered what the women in here thought to the term "lady" that the guys use so often?

I don't understand why the OP referred to the use of the word lady by enclosing it in ""'s.....

surely he can't be insinuating that we are anything other than ladies just because we happen to be on a swinging site?

but if this is the case I would be interested in knowing what word he would use instead, and why

"I don't get hung up on the words used, more likey the context they are used in.

Exactly, as long as proper punctuation is used. There is a vast difference between saying "I recently had the pleasure of meeting this lady, boy she knows how to pleasure a guy" or "I recently had the pleasure of meeting this lady boy she knows how to pleasure a man"... "

you seem to have plenty time on yr hands..

Ok this is why..... In the scenarios where some men have put on the veris that she was a "lady" and when they put threads up of... any "ladies" enjoy Bukkake and bareback gangbangs etc??

Do they actually mean it when they use the term "lady" or "ladies" ?

Hence why I did a thread about what do the women in here think to the word lady in here etc?

As if I was a woman I'd find it a bit creepy personally.

My thread didn't mean women can't still be a lady if they enjoy sex etc.

It was about the term used "lady"

"Now call me old fashioned? But the use of the term "lady" doesn't seem to feel right in these scenarios?"

The comment you made above doesn't get explained in any of your posts. I may be assuming wrong who knows, if I am not assuming wrong then you should stand up for what you mean

"I was asking what the women thought to the term "lady" that gets used alot in here by the "gentlemen"? Lol

I wanted the women's view on it because if I was a woman I wouldn't like it and I'd find it creepy. To be hobest I'd prefer to be called a woman female etc.

Just the same as I don't like the term "gentleman" I'm a guy a man a him etc and that will do me just fine.

You also said you don't think it right to call women "ladies" if they like to be gangbanged or like fisting....so what do you think we should be called?

I just think lady or ladies is banded about too much and has no real meaning. If I was a woman I'd just prefer to be called by my user name in here or if it's direct in the forum to all women then to use women and not ladies just seems better in my personal opinion and If I was a woman I'd prefer that.

That didn't answer my question really, you said being called a lady while liking gangbangs or fisting is something you think you should be called old fashioned for.

That implies that you are old school and women couldn't possibly be a lady if they liked to have sex with others or many people.... please tell me I am wrong in my assumption?

Some men are basically in awe/scared of/ incapable of dealing with a woman's sexuality and all that that may involve, hence the need to protect themselves in their bubble of mother and child innocence by labelling 'other' women..

a woman is a slut, slag and all the other misogynistic drivel that some men perpetuate whereby their mate who has similar desires is 'a bit of a lad'..

its about oppression and maintaining what they perceive as the status quo..

all so very stone age..

OP is your mother a 'lady'..?

And that is not a personal dig on you. There are many men on here who, after a short time messaging, will let that attitude pop out. It is unfortunately an ongoing issue and I think that to be a member of this website and to meet up with swingers and consider yourself open minded enough to engage in less typical sexual behaviours that you take a look at how you really do view the female participants in the group etc.

Perhaps it might be a good idea to stop retaliating and trying to justify your words and take a look at the underlying semantics of what you readily say/type.

I think OP you had better proof read your opener before your press the Post Message, the way you have come across is the reason the ladies ( yes the ladies ) have answered the way they have, you do seem to have a very old fashioned view on sexually liberated women.

Wether we like being called ladies or not seems irrelevant now as you changed the tone of the thread all by yourself, you can't blame the ladies for that

Referring to someone as a 'female' refers to their sex organs and nothing else. Would you really like to be referred to as a sex object? 'Female' just means that you have female sex organs - it doesn't specify if you're a human, a dog, or a flower. A woman is the proper name for a human female.

But I do think that this thread reveals you at least have some latent misogyny holed up in there, since you think that 'ladies' can't enjoy sex.

I mean, lets break it down here.

There's basically three definitions of 'Lady':

1. A formal way of referring to a woman

2. A woman of good social standing

3. The wife of a man

Now, there's nothing in those three that suggest that you can't enjoy bareback gangbangs with fisting in those categories. Women enjoy those things, rich women enjoy those things, and women who are married enjoy those things.

So the OP is bringing something else to the table - an idea that well mannered women shouldn't enjoy adventurous and fulfilling sex. 'Good' women don't enjoy those things. Apparently. So there is some misogyny here. The idea that 'ladies' can't be sluts is crazy, and just reveals the kind of nasty society we live in; one that says women shouldn't enjoy liberal sex.

Oh I meet guys like that regularly. They never get past the first coffee. They wouldn't take me home to meet their parents because I have gender issues / multiple partners / go to fetish clubs / enjoy sex. Not suitable for a girlfriend - always the secret mistress. Well, fuck 'em. If they wouldn't date me because I like sex, or because I don't quite fit into the world - they they don't get to have sex with me either.

If you explain your definition of the term "lady" I can remove my tin foil hat

My definition of lady is varied and unless I had met and known that person I wouldn't address a woman as a lady as I wouldn't no if she was a lady or not?

Just as I wouldn't address a guy who I didn't know as a gentleman.

But this may answer your question about what I personally class as a lady... If I had gone to watch a woman bareback gangbang a group of strangers the term "lady" isn't one that would spring to my mind immediately lol

AND OP DIGS HIMSELF A BIGGER HOLE!

Why don't you just 'man up' 'be a grown' up' 'take responsibility'...whatever. Can you not just openly admit that this post has shone a mirror on some of your sexist points of view.

That is all.

I have every right to defend myself and retaliate to posts aimed at me directly that I do not agree with!

My threads are enjoyed by lots of people and you can see that for yourself by the amount of posts I get on them.

It's like anything else there will always be the odd few around who decide to take my threads personally. But as a whole most people enjoy them.

Like the saying goes you can't please everyone all of the time.

There are people who will find an argument or be displeased with posts and threads and would argue with their own shadow.

And those people show them selves frequently as the green arrow confirms.

I will continue to post my threads and comments in threads as I see fit and there's nothing you can do about that fact!

IF YOU DONT LIKE MY THREADS OR POSTS DON'T READ OR WASTE YOU BREATH COMMENTING ON THEM!

THAT'S WHAT I DO IF I DON'T LIKE SOMEONE OR THEIR THREADS. I JUST IGNORE THEM.

CAN UNDERSTAND WHY SOME PEOPLE CAN DO THE SAME??

UNLESS LIKE I'VE ALREADY MENTIONED ...THEY JUST LIKE ARGUING AND PERSONALLY ATTACKING PEOPLE ON POSTS AND THREADS?

I REST MY CASE AND HAVE NO MORE TO SAY ON THE MATTER.

How come you have the "right" to say what you want but others can't disagree or tell you you're talking rubbish yet again?

He's rested his case and has nothing more to say.....

Exactly

A controversial topic will provoke emotive responses. I'm sure the OP is well aware of that and not sure why he is playing the victim card.

What we really need on these forums is a committee, something like the 'Gang of 5+', where threads can be approved as acceptable to the worthy and venerable. A bit like the system with pics.

What happened to your earlier statement:

'Looks like this thread has gone off the topic of what women think to the term of "lady" used by men and turned into another...Let the paranoid with vendettas crawl out of the woodwork get together and try and attack the poster and use the thread for the excuse to air your bitterness.

Lol

Crack on I can take all you can give '

Well judging by the little rant above I think not. Maybe you'll learn not to post such contentious crap if you don't like the responses - just sayin

FWIW I actually quite like the OP's threads. I might not agree with him but he has different view points which seem to ignite a spark. Would be a boring place if we all thought the same.

HA HA! A different viewpoint to what woolstonecraft first began to (documented) challenge.

Out. Of date.

Interesting o.p. has removed his profile picture during course of conversation.

See I don't see the point in posting a question if you're not going to allow for opposing views. The OP just throws his toys out of his pram whenever it's pointed out that there may be any possibility he's wrong. It's mad.

It maybe considered out of date but it's still a viewpoint.

I reckon if I was to ask other people (not from this site ) if they considered the behaviour he's described in his OP as 'ladylike' I'd imagine the answers would be very different.

Yup. His views are sometimes simply more conservative than many people here are comfortable with, though he may lack tact sometimes lol!

I don't like the term 'lady'. It sounds old fashioned to me, like a word an old guy would use. I don't like the word gentleman either. It's not 1920.

At one time the 'public conveniences' were marked Ladies and Gents.

I always understood the 'Ladies' was for everyone with a fanny and the 'Gents' was for anyone with a cock. I don't think the Ladies was only for very refined and well heeled females to use and likewise for the 'Gents'

But I know what your saying OP, I'm just taking the piss a little bit

Asking someone to elaborate is not stifling. Obviously it is his choice whether he does or not, but it isn't stifling to question what people write.

Whatever 'name' you get called it is just that, a name.

Whether someone calls you 'lady', 'fart features', 'shitbag', 'buggerlugs' or 'trumpybum' it's all exactly the same. You choose to give them power over you? That's up to you. You don't need any other person to validate you, you are who you are and you should be comfortable with that, no matter what 'name' you are called.

I didn't mean the people asking him to elaborate.

Lots of people were hounding him on different threads because they didn't like what he had to say, or just didn't like him. It happens all the time. Anyone different that doesn't fit in with the usual crew.

Not simple discussion or opposing viewpoints. Hounding.

Ah right, sorry thought you meant on this thread as you mentioned it on here and I think he over reacted on this one more than he was hounded.

I do agree with what you say about past threads though......so with that in mind, if the man returns and starts posting again, for anyone who has an obvious issue with his threads/posts...please ignore them. It is easy to do and you can't decide what people want to talk about.
