Is the above a turn in or a turn off for women ??

Always had a curiosity about it but never indulged for myself . I know it's certainly a turn on for me seeing a woman in such clothing .

Depends on the clothing and the man really.

Some men look great in some clothes. Some men look awful in most things.

I'm quite bitter when I see a man looking better in lingerie than myself lol

But seriously.... It doesn't float my boat, each to their own.

I see outfits that I love but would look ridiculous on me so I stick with a conservative kilt and boots look that I know suits me

IMO kilts look ridiculous on everyone. Sorry. They should be banned unless you're a man who thinks he might be scottish who is getting married.

Aw. I think the look suits him. It's certainly not for everyone, though.

I have to wear a kilt for a friend's wedding & I really don't like the look - which is rather ironic all things considered.

It's not the kilt itself, but the silly jacket/waistcoat combo plus the daft ballet shoes.

Tee shirt, heavy kilt and para boots on the other hand..
