Just wanting to know men's opinions on muscles. I'm not exactly what you call big, just muscular thighs because I do a lot of running and naturally slender arms. I would love to have the muscular physique but can never really find the motivation to go to the gym. What do you guys think I could do to help motivate myself?

have you thougt abput attending tfe gym with freind. its has been shown to reduce drop out by 70%.
keep goals thats what I tell my cliants. Short,medium and Long. goals have to be specific and measurable and formost realistic.
focus on the potentile gains rather and rememver when tge gping gets hard just remeber where you were compared to where you are now.
give yourself an incentive.so forinstance. if I reach my goals I will buy myself a new car. |

Fitness pro/crossfit girls look fantastic i personally think.
Hard work getting a physic without the supplements (protein) and eating propley.
I run mountain marathon and freeletics and have done for years..45 now and look and feel better now than i ever did.. |

Get an idea of what you want to achieve and set small achievable goals as part of the journey to get there.
My body builder / strongman friends do that.
The body builders often have a calendar of photos as targets getting bigger / more toned with each photo.
One woman sets bodybuilder title targets but she is often devestated if she doesn't win whatever title she has set her target at. I do three gym classes a week a couple of workouts using various pieces of equipment plus swim five times too now whilst I eat healthily now I don't do any of the supplements question is should I be taking something? If so what ? |

Also stay away from bread if you can.. Good luck.. |

A nice toned arse is fantastic to look at and there a few in my gym.
Muscular woman is not for me tho.
