am i the only dyslexic on the site who finds it realy hard to make that first email make any sence? and can folks be a little kind on us

Im actually number dyslexic and have over the years had ta develop coping strategies ta cope wi it

I know quite a few peeps who are word dyslexic and they get by fine too

given that anyone over mmm 30 went to school at at time when it was'nt even recognised (may be well out on the estimation)and no tests were about for assessing, there will be a fair proportion of people who are not even aware they have this issue.

Lots of people here with dyslexia, hence why others should be more relaxed about spelling, grammar etc.

We are interested in what you have to say, not how you say it. Keep posting........and I'm sure if you want help writing, composing, anything there are loads who will offer to help you. xxxx

thanks guys it is tough especialy when emailing a stranger,and that first email for single guys is a deal maker or breaker, as well as that you dont want to fall in to the copy paste responce trap x

I can only speak for myself, but I can tell the difference between a dyslexic poster and one that isn't.

We had a friend on here that's very dyslexic but left as people was more interested on pulling him up about his spelling & gammar when he messaged someone

Yes, a spell check can be used but if someone is very dyslexic how do they know which of the offered spelling corrections is right?

im kinda blessed as i can read fine its wrting and numbers that mess me up! sorry to hear about your freind that is sad but i know how they feel. i have some coping mechanisms in place but sometimes it just aint enough xxx
