Has anyone else been lucky enough to sprout one of the roadside advertising boards about Legal Name Fraud?
There's one sprung up in Birtley last week.
Do some googlefu, these guys are bonkers! The info you can find on them is total rubbish but is a hell of a laugh if you're a bit board waiting for your next meet to arrive. |

pretty sure someone used this as a defence in court ages ago, like years. i watched it on youtube.
they actually sat the letter that was addressed to them on the table where he was supposed to be sat and let the letter be tried.

Haven't seen that one but there are loads out there. I like the one who persisted in this farce until the judge sent him down for contempt. A few weeks in the nick made him change his tune! |

i tried to find the video i saw, but it was years ago so i found nothing. it was funny but i know the judge got mad about it as well, maybe the guy got done for contempt also? i can't remember. |

We've had a couple of forum posts about fictions or something similar in the last couple of years.
I don't quite understand how advertising hoardings would be involved though.
But the internet is a source of copious amounts of tripe that people get taken in by. |
