was it the one where she went to work in a hotel??
if so i could have slapped her in the face!!
Could have slapped her mother as well for letting her get like that. Even if my parents had all the money in the world they would still make me work! |

"Has to wonder if women 'Who work in the sex industry' declare all their earnings?
If not, does that not make them as bad as anyone claiming benefits?
hmmmmmmm"
does anyone who is self employed declare everything?
or do they sometimes claim expenses that they shouldn't? |

I dont work and I dont claim benefits either, benefit cheats are the lowest of the low imo they are stealing of people out there who really do need the help |

Is there actually a mechanism for someone declaring their earnings from the sex industry?
I suspect it'd be a bit like trying to declare your earnings from drug dealing or people smuggling. |

ESCORTING is not illegal if there is ONLY one person who is working in the house , you can also have a maid
bugs the shit outa me that people still in the day and age place a escort on the same level as a drug dealer or people smuggling. lol
fair enuff if its a pimp who is living off a load of girls thats wrong but no one has the right to knock what one person dus in there own time |

HAS anyone placed an escort on the same level as a drug dealer or a people smuggler?
You make the point about pimps yourself.
I fully reserve the right to knock what some people do in their own time. |

Going back to the OP's point...
I was in a relationship for sometime with someone who didn't work, and still does not. She lived off my wage, more fool me at the time!
We have twin daughters, and are no longer together. My daughters live with me and I have had to approach the CSA for help seeing as my expartner pays nothing whatsoever towards them. Since approaching the CSA she has paid a total of £40 towards them!
She is on benefits, in another relationship and again pregnant.
Add insult to injury... she says she shouldn't have to pay a damn thing towards them as I receive child&working tax credit and child benefit!!!
Add more slat to the wound... found out she is in talks with a family law solicitor [paid through legal aid!!!!!!] to try and gain custody of them both as she is now looking to get a house through social housing for her and her new fella and due baby!
She was brought up on benefits by her parents and could not see why I was so "obsessed" [her wording] with working to provide for myself and children!
Does this anger me? YES!!!! |

i must admit that i didn't see the programme. i assume by your post that the girl lives with her parents. without wishing to get into the rights and wrongs,is there a government approved list which tells her what she can and can't use the money for.?
if not then it's probably up to her, makes a change from the usual booze fags and fruit machines |

I don't think the benefits people decide what you can spend your benefits on. |

I have just watched the first twenty minutes of this on BBC i Player....doesn't quite ring true to me.
The girl couldn't live on Job Seekers Allowance, keep that flat, keep those dogs, have her nails (and the dogs nails) done every week.....drink champagne in clubs.
It looked very contrived and too much like it was script written to me.
More like a spoof documentary.... |
