a reflective day. looking at what happened on this day in history it's scary how things never change.
1983 100's die in indian political struggle. today its thousands in Syria
1986 Mir is lauched. tim peake is orbiting earth as we follow the space station.
1989 terrorists bomb barracks. today its a global threat
1993 children charged with abduction and murder of an innocent toddler in Bootle. today its Newcastle, thankfully she was found in time.
Whatever the plan is, no government can say we're going forwards. Get out and vote people and keep an interest in how things are run. no more heads in the sand please.
