Well Rossi is Rossi46. He's a Burnley fan I think. They just won the championship and he is out of service. But no idea why that might make anything funny. No doubt all will be revealed |

There was probably a news item saying Rosso 464 or something was out of service, causing much hilarity for Vara. Maybe she was still d*unk from her birthday celebrations |
