Breast cancer has been fully DNA mapped. They now know all the components, which will support new treatments to target the genetic errors.
As someone who has a close family member who has survived treatment but it's returned after almost 15 years, I hope that the day isn't too far off when we have full treatments for it for those affected. It's a vile condition. |

They're not that sure yet what may be the causes of all breast cancer. They now know the mutation processes and which genes are involved in the mutations.
Also it's easy to become a victim shamer if you blame what they may have been through to influence their cancer.
Lets focus on the specific DNA of the mutations of breast cancer, so that we could possibly eradicate it forever. |
