im self employed finished contract last fri, had numerous agents recruiters phoneing , r u available weve got this , defo start etc n all comes to nowt! Why cant people just b straight!  |

I deal with agencies from the other end and it's equally as painful.
It's such a cut throat business they will lie, cheat, steal and suck you cock to get you to take a person, can't trust any of them and they are crap at sucking cock. |

just wish theyd phone when thet have something, recruitment consultants but like car salesmen no offence to car salesmen intended, but tell u what u want to hear n not always the full tale, ie a jobs startin and where trying get men on not weve got it? Ive knocked work back only to get the fri afteroon sorry its fell thru call!!  |

i spend loads of my time doing estimates,i put some really good prices in, to get the jobs.
had two slow payers in a row, both this month.
im in the landscaping trade, went out carding the other day to try get more work, one old guy came out and tore the card up and told me to fxxk off, wouldnt mindhis garden was a right mess lol.
so to all us self employed, lets just keep trying |

I think if you have the frame of mind never to expect anything then you will never be disapointed....Also from my experience with contracts nothing is ever sealed until you are on the job so dont put all your eggs in one basket...Not sure what it is that you do but good luck mate, sure things will pick up |
