Avoid them like the plague. Ordered a wee 'I'm home in three sleeps' bunch from them for Easy yesterday.
Get an email last thing saying, 'sorry can't do today how about tomorrow?'
Reply with a yes please and no response.
Call their customer services today who assure me they're 'due out today'.
Then 5 mins ago get a reply to yesterday's email saying 'sorry next delivery day is Tuesday'.
Shocking service. I very rarely get the prolonged red rage but they've pushed that button.

When I buy flowers I go to an actual florist local to me and order from them, they're spot on with their deliveries and have never let me down, buying flowers online id never do, for reasons quite obvious now. |

Indeed, I'm always hundreds or thousands of miles away however. I've ised online before and they've been fine. Was sure it was that company too. Found a local with online sales for future red now though.
