Nope, the British legal definition of rape includes oral sex. Under our laws it's classed as penetrative so it's in the rape category."
I'd assumed he'd given her oral sex while she was unconscious. Maybe I should read the link first! |

There's plenty on here (see any Ched Evans thread, and even more depressingly some of the Adam Johnson comments) with interesting ideas on what consent actually is. So it's not just america |
