We all have our off days when we look in the mirror and where the fuck did that come from, its normally water retention. Yeah, yeah I know what you're going to say.
Mines normally the beginning of the week after a Sunday binge. Just wondered what people's food vices are. I'm a nightmare with chocolate and ice cream. I break like a wet Kitkat. So hence try to keep it to the weekend.

My favourite crisp too I hate walkers crisps they are not crisps....I can't say I've ever dipped my crisp in vodka....mixer is usually tonic water or Pepsi max |

My favourite crisp too I hate walkers crisps they are not crisps....I can't say I've ever dipped my crisp in vodka....mixer is usually tonic water or Pepsi max "
Home Bargains for Kettle chips. They seem to have some different flavours. They had one with rosemary in the other day and another with Chorizo in it. Awesome. |

Unfortunately I adore pretty much all food - except for crap like Macdonalds. I also love wine!
'Tis a sheer fluke that I'm not at least 20 stones - though I do try to keep portion sizes under control and try not to eat between meals! Xx |

My cravings differ from month to month. This month it's celery and sour cream and chive dip,one summer I was desperate for Belgium buns; I ate 3 x 2 packs in one week. Last month I was eating tuna and beetroot salad every afternoon. I rarely want chocolate or biscuits,which is a blessing or I'd be even fatter than I am. |

Nightmare with red wine. Can drink a bottle like Ribena. Hence I have been know to commit sacrilege and mix with Diet Coke. I think it's called Rezina in S America. |
