I did a social meet last night if my holiday last year, and verified his account for him, both of us at butlins had a drink while our other halves were back in the rooms with children |

In all honesty I think that if you were away as a family, dumping your kids to have a meet is pretty sad |

Family time is so short. They'll be gone before you know it and wasting precious holiday time with them sneaking away just seems wrong to me.

I don't think it's any different to going for a drink or similar while the kids are involved in organised activities. As long as they're properly looked after and occupied what's the difference between that and getting a babysitter in at home? |
