"The Prisoner.
Absolute classic. "
Completely agree, spent a day in Portmeirion a few years ago when on holiday just so I can say I've visited and escaped from The Village |

"The original black and white twilight zones have some cracking tales
Tales of the Unexpected too
The title scenes alone are mesmeric. "
I immediately think of being a young child and watching it on the sofa with my dad. Funny how hearing that song can take me back so vividly in my mind. |

VEEP, You're The Worst, Broad City, Better Off Ted, Freaks And Geeks, Silicon Valley and - last but certainly not least - Rick And Morty.
It's Always Sunny is fantastic too.
If anyone likes all of those, we should be friends. |

Newcastle and Gateshead |
if you want some that don't get the attention they should over here at the moment....
Mr Robot
Empire (which is so cheesy bad it is actually good... i do recommend this one to any other black fellows if they want an example of how to hit every stereotype going)
Peaky Blinders
The Americans
Veep (which is the best comedy/political programme on TV) |

Stella Street
It takes the form of a mockumentary filmed on a camcorder, based on the fantastical premise that a group of British and American celebrities have all decided to move into Stella Street in Surbiton...
.
Stella Street - Mick n' Keith (Episodes 1-5)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nY4isQVSgDg
.
I commend this to the house |

In The Night Garden is about as obscure and cult as you can get. It's for children aged between 1 and 6, but you try reaching for the remote control before it's finished and you'll be compelled to watch it until the end, not understanding any of it nor the reason why you didn't switch it off. Very bizarre!

"The smoking rooms
People like us"
Smoking room was good but was never going to continue with the smoking laws. The smoking on the pavement doesn't have the same ring about it |

"Garth Marenghi's Darkplace."
One of the best shows ever, and you and I can now be friends forever, based solely on you being a fan of that show lol
Unbreakable kimmi shmit it rolls along at a nice pace, and a d*unk Tina fey is funny as hell
Spaced, how has spaced not been mentioned, a pre titles skit inspi_ed shawn of the dead
And let's not forget Friday night live, like Americas Saturday night live but the comedians were allowed to perform their set as they had written it, instead of having large chunks ripped out so the didn't offend the sponsors
And the word, where do you even start lol |

If your gonna mention Spaced then you gotta mention Black Books. Seems to go hand in hand with Spaced.
And as for Garth Merenghi, such a a good series. Enjoyed Dean Learner Presents which came after. |

"Continuium is good obscure and gets timey wimey 3/4 of way through
Good call on continuum - 12 monkeys and Alcatraz along with fringe "
Alcatraz is good but I wouldnt recommend it as it was cancelled and just leaves unanswe_ed questions and plot points, good program but not worth putting yourself thorough it for no result at the end |

"Also 'The 100'. Really good!
Just started watching this, they are just as happy to kill off their cast as Game of Thrones is, it's great"
Shame it's not Eastenders - would love to see 100% of them killed off! ;-p |
