Grilled chicken,a little salad leaves with lemon and vinegar dressing. Anything else will be too heavy on my stomach and will want to come back up. Tiramisu or fresh fruit salad and Greek yoghurt for after the sex part.

Some lovely topside beef, roasties that have been cooked in with the meat and in all the fat, special bonus points if the roast potatoes had been cut so they are almost flat, mushy peas with a tiny bit of sugar in them (sounds weird but it's how my gran did them) carrots, mash potato, real thick gravy made with the meat fat and served inside one of those big fuck off massive aunt Bessie's Yorkshire puddings.

Oh my god if a guy made me that I'd be on the floor like a cat rubbing myself against him and sucking his dick as he was cooking cos the smell of the beef would drive me wild.

There you go, my assumption was correct

An authentic spaghetti alla carbonara contains pancetta, not ham. And egg, not cream

Love cooking for meets and them cooking for me.....especially Full English breakfasts

It's weather dependent yet keeping it light....if evening...

PLAY WHILST COOKING...mwah mwah mwah xx

So a very rich beef and vegetable stew and an artisan bread - I grew up with chefs teaching me so this is delicious....

Or tuna steak and quick stir fry vegetables - super healthy

Or a fabulous cooked fresh salmon fillet in a huge mixed green salad, a balsamic fig vinaigrette, a homemade organic couscous with lime and pomegranates in it

PLAY

And later ......

I cook up fresh berries, amaretto and Greek yogurt with toasted almonds

Or

A specially selected cheese board (to match his wants) with home made chutneys, celery, butter and mixed crackers

Cooking and chatting and teasing and playing ...nothing better

Hope she enjoys you food OP.....

X

Central

A light meal will have less chance of leaving your partner feeling sick. I'd settle for some fresh vegetables such as broccoli and carrots (colourful) coupled with chicken in a light sauce. If your joined by a vegetarian then you'd obviously need to provide a non-meat alternative.

Have some nibbles to get you worked up first. Aim to serve a delicious, nutritious meal that isn't weighty nor slow to digest. If it's a social only meet then your range xan expand. A salad is even lighter but perhaps less satisfying.
