The entire Greater Manchester road network is quite clearly a gift from Beelzebub. Many a frustrating hour has been spent wondering if I have inadvertently stumbled into a lorry park. Hateful bloody stretch of Tarmac.

Can't wait until the work converting the M60 to a smart motorway has been completed. It probably won't make a blind bit of difference to the traffic jams but at least we'll have nice twinkly variable speed signs!

My motorways of choice are the M4, M3 and M25, with an occasional sojourn on the M40, M42, M5 and M6.. But no, OP, rarely the M62

That road can fuck right off!! You been in the night time diversion? Last night myself and 6 other trucks in convoy went round it three times trying to get round Manc. Really, really badly signed for such a major junction.

works on the M62 and A580 east lancs caused so much chaos getting to work i have actually moved to another city. a criminal waste of money on those works. a better train service would have been far better.

B & M Bargains

I don't even travel down the m62 for work but it still makes my journey a fucking nightmare! And that's the relatively good bit between the M6 and Manchester!

I long for the day when I get a job towards Liverpool then I can head in the opposite direction!

Anyone who travels M60 clockwise onto the M62 towards Leeds in the morning has my utmost respect I couldn't do it.
