I'm guessing these exist in the city? I'm from a sleepy coastal town and my local gym shuts at 10 on the weekdays. Which is of no use to me as I do shift work and usually don't finish til midnight, or even later on the weekends. I would love to be able to go to an open-all-hours gym after a shift which is when I'm feeling most active and up for it. Cos sometimes on my days off I don't have the motivation to drag my tired ass into the gym. Anyone feel the same? |

"You've found yourself a business opportunity, bud "
Do you reckon? I know they have them in America. Somehow I don't think there's a niche for it in this part of the country though! Most people around here are in bed by 10 it seems lol |

I live near a 24/7 gym. But even if I didn't I do home workouts, they're basic but get the job done. I currently don't go to the gym because I literally don't have the time for it but I do understand where you're coming from, sometimes I just want to stay at home or do something else. |

I go to the gym because it gets me out. |

Fair enough, now that the weather is getting better I'll probably fill my free time with off-road mountain biking. Once I'll have some free time...hopefully soon!
After 3 hours of mountain biking, I get muscle cramps in my legs so gym is definitely out of the question |

I never seem to have the time or energy either tbf. But I always have bags of energy after work which is when I know I could put it to good use at the gym, instead of just going home and feeling restless all the time. |

"I have a 24hr gym round corner...just having 2m improvements inc new pool all classes 17 a month love the sauna & spa stuff "
The thought of having a workout then getting in the pool at 2am is very appealing! Using up energy before a good night's sleep is definitely more of what I need |

You could definitely give me a home workout any time of the day |

I have membership to a few gyms, one of them is 24/7/365 and I'm the sad act who were in the gym xmas day... me and 3 women w000t.
The company I'm with is PureGym they are breeding like Aldi, theres about 160 of them UK wide.
Showers are closed off at midnight until 6am, but disabled shower is available if needed, the only other limitation is, its very much a middle of the road gym, The odd major city centre one is well equipped but many of the smaller and the older ones have very basic very average gear. |

"My gym, fitness first is open 8am to 8pm "
They're slacking Shag, unless it is sleepy out there.
I'm guessing there are a couple of hundred gyms open around the country.
A business expansion plan could be to cater for 24/7 nsa fun too. |

That's what I love, I can also do stuff where my technique isn't bang on without worrying someone will be waiting impatiently. Can't be being abLe to set up your work out without anyone there hehe
"There are 3 in my town. I'm a member of 1. I love it. Time my visits right and I have a squat rack and a whole section to myself."
