After an accident at work it looks like I'm going to be left with a scar on my forehead about 7cm long.

I'm not really bothered about it but it seems Mrs A finds it quite a turn on which I think is funny

So the point of this post is does anyone else find scars a turn on?

You need to make up a really sexy and exciting story about how you got it.

A friend of mine has a scar on his forehead, I've never heard him tell women the same story twice of how he got it, he comes out with some heroic shit that he did to get it, I know the truth, and yes, he did get it in the gulf, but what he never tells anyone is that he was fixing a truck and someone set fire to his coveralls, and he sat up and smashed his head into the underside of the truck, hero my arse lol

I hope so. My bike has seen fit to leave plenty on me. Arms, legs, hands, none on my face though.

My cousin used his shrapnel wound from serving in Iraq as a chat up technique. I'm not sure falling over a rock and puncturing your bicep on a sharp rock counts as 'shrapnel' but hey, the chicks still dig it

As Mr Blonde says, chick dig scars.

I've got a bunch. Some from motorbiking, some from talking when I should have been listening and my coolest is the massive stab wound in the middle of my back from an angry ex gf!!!

Wrestling a bear, saving a family from a crashed car about to explode, something that involves kitten's, babies and a nanna.

Any of these stories will make you a bonafide pussy magnet.

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

I have quite a few scars, some self inflicted some not and I have never had a negative reaction to them.....I love scars on others and definitely find them sexy, especially love stroking them and feeling the different skin textures

I've hidden a few of mine with tattoos. One was a huge, ugly keloid on my upper arm, now it's a rose. My fringe hides my forehead one, it's a couple of inches vertical on my hairline. No one has commented, just asked what it's from.

I've learned today I may have an operation incision from my groin to my rib cage soon as keyhole may not be possible. That'd be the largest I've got, and it is a concern it'll affect how I'm seen by men. Not enough to make me say no to the surgery though.

I think scars tend to me more acceptable on men (sadly for me).

I think men tend to be more forgiving of stuff, my stomach is a bit of a mess after having kids and nobody has said anything bad about it, one guy even kissed it when i tried to hide it from him lol.

hope your surgery goes ok.

You think? I'm in a monogamous relationship, and he has said it doesn't matter to him which is fortunate for my own sake. I'd be more anxious if I were still having multiple casual partners.

I think big changes to one's body will always affect your confidence as it's an adjustment.

And thank you, it should be fine!

yeah i do reckon. most guys seem to be very forgiving of our perceived 'imperfections'. even in 3sums (so in front of other guys as well). one of my fastest fabbed pics is one of my belly hanging out. i hid it coz i've lost weight and don't look like that but i'll get it out, my belly looks bad tbh but nobody minded.

maybe men do have ideals and fantasy women but they also get that those fantasy women aren't reality. same for us women, i'd love, , love to meet keanu reeves, i settle for less than that though coz it's realistic to do so and anything less than keanu isn't that bad really.
