You'll regret it when you're my age and your heart has a thermal jacket of bad cholesterol keeping it snug. Eat well,exercise daily; you don't have to do lots,just enough to keep your heart strong. Youth is wasted on the young |

Find something that you like doing. I hate cardio but tag 20 mins on at the end of the workout while heart rate is up. Or increase the intensity in your workout by reducing rest time, super setting. Or doing a set of abs or lunges in between sets. |

At least make the effort to do plenty of walking and less intense exercise, if you can't face higher intensity stuff. The health care currently available may not be available in the future, when you get a little older op, and day by day our health can deteriorate, almost invisibly to us.
If a car driver, park as far away from shops etc as you can and implement other changes to your lifestyle that add some exercise into your daily life. |
