I had a thought...
Some of the more advanced dating apps that match people have a form of AI... they learn and adapt.
So, bearing in mind that some people who go on these apps actually end up married with kids... does this mean machines are making babies?  |

haha. i think you're honestly better off without any matches.
i officially abandoned okcupid now because they keep sending emails saying the guy i'm interested in is online, and it's usually someone in their 50s...i don't even remember being interested in anyone on there. best bit is if you click to see who it is you end up on their page and they'll know you viewed them.  |

Just caught the last few minutes of it. With sufficient data upon you and your tastes it does seem likely that algorithms could make good predictions upon good potential matches. It would somewhat need personality to be fairly easily and appropriately deconstructed, as well as something similar with looks too. It would be limited by how well we could input accurate and meaningful information about us, as searchers. |
