Doing a sperm sample- what would you like in the room?

Just watching a funny sketch on Will & Grace with Will trying to do a sperm sample. Many moons ago went with an ex who had to do one, I wasn't allowed in the room and he said very clinical. What would you ideally have in the room with you to help get you in the zone for what's effectively wanking into a cup?
