Just been reading an article where volunteers at todays race were threatened and had their supply of water pinched which was for the runners.How low can people stoop.? |

just read the same article,
the photos don't tie in with the story.
They say it is just after the start of the run ,
but the photos show the road littered with loads of empty bottles, the runners have discarded, and only a few runners left on the road,
Having run a water station on half marathons I can recognise this was at the end of the run when 99% of the runners had past |

I have seen the video, It was after the last coach/bus had gone past but there was still people running, People was just helping themselves to the water, Talking 2-3 packs at a time, Its water for ffs, You can get it for 3 pound in the supermarket or free from the tap
