Try and quit smoking again!
Gonna start a fresh month without the ciggies, so has just under a week to fill his lungs as much as he wants, then back onto the vape!
Looking for as much support as possible, this is going to be the 3rd attempt at it, and this time he wants it to be successful.  |

Not going to use any tablets etc... just the vape
Tried a few years ago with tablet aid, zyban (poss spelt wrong) and had bad headaches with them.

Go see his gp. I cannot remember the name of the drug of hand but my gp gave me something to help with the cravings. Worked a treat. 15 years smoke free. |

Didn't want to have to go down the drug route, but may book in to see GP when im free and see what they can offer.
An incentive to quitting, holiday at end of year or maybe.... just maybe a new(er) car
