I am still exercising and eating healthily. Not sure it was a resolution,as I started end of January. An almost resolution, maybe.

I don't make NY resolutions but I've carried on my no midweek drinking / cutting right down on bread & generally trying to eat healthier.
I need to get back into my exercise routine, been a bit lacking of late. |

I'm really struggling with not drinking mid week. How are you managing to motivate yourself?  |

Wasnt a resolution as such, but my health kick is still very much going :D
Ive gained almost a stone of weight back on.. but ive not given up hope that one day i'll wake up and it will vanish :D |
