Need inspiration for low fat recipes.

Courgetti with Bolognese sauce (low fat version) is about my limit. What else can I do?

Time and effort using the spiraliser means the novelty wears off after about 2-3 uses, will be cupboarded and never used again...well in my case anyway

It's called thai red duck because it's maranated in red curry paste x it's just normal duck x

we go in the park and pick stinging nettles (gloves reqd) add them to a pot with any left over veg and a sprinkling of chilli flakes and cook for half an hour ...liquidise and enjoy a beautiful soup with crusty bread
