Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
"It don't think it gets anywhere near the coverage it deserves. Certainly not on BBC"
The anti-TTIP advert aimed at Obama was in the papers today, wasn't it?
Sadly, the way out for us on this is likely to be to exit the EU. America will press ahead with this. It does somewhat scupper the idea that America would spend time on separate trade agreements with the UK especially given how long TTIP has taken so far.

"It's terrifying and very hard to believe our (or.any) government would ever think it was in the interests of its citizens.....
In their OWN interests however..... Shrug" well Cameron seems keen.. So looks bad if he likes it |

It's diabolical and will be so bad for much of what makes the UK incredible. I'd consider getting out of the EU if it meant that we could escape it.
Our leaders aren't even that aware of the details. Our standards will sink to those of the lowest, our smaller companies dominated by global beasts and taxpayers here will have to foot the bill for any claims of wrongdoing.
Our right wing media is complicit in keeping this right wing wet dream under wraps.
Sleepwalking into the apocalypse. |

"Yes. It makes leaving the EU look like small potatoes.
We really are giving up our controls with this deal.
"
Not enough people know about this Cameron would rather we didn't and slip back into the pre union days |

"there's loads of protests against this, around the world. but they're tiny with hardly any support."
That's because many people don't know anything about it or what it means, and most of it is being wrapped up in complete secrecy. It will lead to the privatisation of the NHS in this country. We must vote to leave the EU on June 23rd so we can get out of it. We need a post Brexit UK - USA trade deal negotiated by British representatives who will protect our priorities like the NHS.
The TTIP - EU deal is currently being negotiated by faceless eurocrats from Brussels on our behalf and they really couldn't give a toss about Britain's individual priorities like the NHS. |
