Anyone ever had these?

What a terrifying experience

I've had a few now and it feels like you are going to die

The voice box tightens and you can't breathe...luckily it doesn't last long but recently been really scared and wondered if anyone else has ever had this happen and how they cope with it

Sometimes. Trying to swallow helps relieve it, even if it feels like you can't.

If you get it regularly and it's so bad, have you considered Botox?
