We're a couple aged 46 (bi-fem) and 53 (straight male) who are very young at heart, don't look our ages and consider ourselves good company and up for a laugh. We regularly attend a swinger's club where we've met up with a few different couples and had lots of horny fun. Yet we're a bit frustrated at the younger people on here who put an age preference of younger than we are - when we know for definite that we get on with anyone - young or old. We realise and fully respect that everyone is entitled to their preferences but would like to see more younger people accept the older swingers on here as not "passed it" but like-minded people who want to meet others either in a club, pub, home environment for a chat, drink or something more. Please try not to be too choosy when deciding on age preference as it limits the older members. We found what we feel could be a really good match for us but the female won't accept anyone over 45. I'm 46. I feel like I'm 26. Partner is 53 and feels like he's 23! Give us oldies a chance!!! |

As you say it's all about personal preferences. I've met and had great times and a laugh with people older than me in clubs etc but to be honest I wouldn't want meet with them one on one privately (socials aside) because I wouldn't be comfortable about that, especially when they are an age where they could be one of my parents. |

You might get on well with people of all ages, but they might not think they do.
I don't meet anyone significantly younger than me because experience tells me I don't really enjoy it. Plenty of those men might get on really well with women much older than me, but my age settings are about me not them. |

Why worry about it find those who will meet you on here. We often find at clubs that younger couples will talk and "play" with us, but it is not something that particularly bothers us we have certain preferences and they have theirs |

Imagine that you met with some people who didn't really find you to be all that, nor would they leave the experience fully satisfied.
Would you want to be with others who would prefer you to be someone else - a little younger - instead? Most people have defined their preferences because they know what works and what they need. It's tough for a good few people on here and it just leaves the onus on you to find out those where you all match. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Older people complain that younger people are excluding them. Younger people complain that older people exclude them.
Smokers complain that they get excluded. Short people (well, men) complain they get excluded. BME people complain they get excluded. Single men complain they get excluded.
Let's all have profiles with no preferences or details about ourselves and just swipe this way or that.
Just concentrate on the people who want to meet you. It's that simple.

But you aren't a good match for the lady, she doesn't want to meet anyone over 45, that isn't respecting preferences it's questioning them and implying they're wrong.
