What do you like to eat or have you done something new recently?

I did something new this week and that was a tuna hawaii bread pizza:

4 bread slices

1 Tuna tin

2 Pineapple slices

Sliced onions

2 Tomatoes

50g Grated cheese

Then put it in the oven for 10min. I like it and it is very tasty and crispy

Newcastle

I made a left-overs fried rice last night which was very scrummy. Brown rice, onion, bacon, cauliflower, butternut squash, chestnut mushrooms, red pepper, and sweet yellow tomatoes.

I'm sure there's room for a punch-line in there somewhere

I never knew you could put garlic on salmon until last week.

Also sweet potato mashed with coconut oil and garlic was interesting!

Grilled chicken marinaded in ginger and lemon is to die for.
